Mission
The Hispanic Finance Association is an organization that helps undergraduate students receive competitive job offers. We hope to increase Hispanic representation in the financial services industry through education and mentorship, empowering the next generation of leaders.
Below are some of the firms that HFA members have earned offers from:
Member Roles
Leadership:
○ Leadership teams are generally comprised of a president and vice presidents
○ Represent your school on the national level and plan chapter events
○ Direct technical/behavioral interview preparation
○ Recruit new mentors/mentees
Mentors:
○ Generally upperclassmen with offers in Investment Banking, Alternative Investments and more
○ Help motivated Hispanic underclassmen land great offers
○ Connect with your mentee and help him/her navigate recruitment cycles
○ Hold resume reviews, answer recruiting questions and conduct mock interviews
Mentees:
○ Generally underclassmen seeking to recruit for high finance roles
○ Will be assigned a personal mentor to guide you through recruitment cycles
